Shipping Policy

Our shipping timing for orders DELIVERY within PAKISTAN will be 8-10 working days or it will be informed on order confirmation, any delays will be informed accordingly, or if not informed it may be because of no communication (Email / Phone) working or defined and for INTERNATIONAL Customers’ delivery time will be 14-20 working days after the payment confirmation (Bank Transfer). There can be unexpected delivery delays due to custom clearance or may be any undefined reason. The delay can further go up to 5-6 working days or more. We are not responsible for any kind of delays nor if that delay is not informed to customer for Domestic or International customers who gave order using any kind of payment method.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on the type of products ordered and the location you select and cannot be refunded. We take no responsibility it there are any additional charges in terms of custom or duties charged by local authorities / Governments (Out of Pakistan). The custom charges have to be borne by the customer

Our Refund Policy Permits You To Get A Refund In Two Cases

1) The Customer Received A Wrong Product

  • If a faulty product is delivered to the customer, we will get it picked up for free.
  • Once we acquire the wrong product, We will deliver the correct product or refund the amount within seven working days.
  • The product should be unused, and the packaging should not be damaged.
  • The product should be sealed in its original product packaging.
  • All supporting documentation such as purchase receipts, price tags, and labels should be dispatched with the product.

2) The Customer receives damaged goods

  • Customers may claim a refund if they receive damaged goods; however, they must provide video proof.
  • Customers are advised to make a video while unwrapping and unboxing their product from delivery packaging. This video will be used as proof that the customer received damaged goods.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with your order, you may initiate a Return.

The return can be entertained within seven days from the delivery date.

All return requests are subject to evaluation, and our welcoming Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.

Exchange Policy.

In case you wish to exchange an item you received due to a problem with its’ Size or Quality.

The exchange can be arranged by following our return procedures and specifying “Exchange” as your “Desired Resolution.”

The Exchanges are an alternative resolution for Returns and are bound by the same guidelines and limitations.

  • We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.
